We have a 3-day handling fee and shipping takes 5-7 days in USA. We will send an email with the tracking code. For outside the USA there is a $16 shipping fee."

KetoSmart is an online store that sells ketogenic products including books, supplements, and other grocery items to help people reach their goals of weight loss, health, or athletic performance. This shipping policy outlines our current policy on packages shipped to countries outside of the United States as well as our services when shipping to US addresses.

How long does it take to get my product?

We process your order immediately after it is placed, with the exception of weekends and holidays. Most orders are shipped within one business day of being placed. If an item that you ordered is out of stock at that time, we may have to backorder it or give you a chance to change or cancel your order before shipping.

All products that are shipped from our warehouse in the US are sent through USPS, UPS, or DHL. Your package will arrive at your address in 3-5 business days (UPS/DHL Ground), and 5-7 business days (USPS First Class Mail). In many cases we will ship your order using multiple carriers in order to get it to you as quickly as possible.

Where can I find my tracking code?

You will receive an email with your tracking code, as soon is out for delivery. If you have a question about the tracking of your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

What if the package has not arrived after 30 days?

If 30 days have passed and you have not received your order, please contact us regarding your Order History or contact us at (888) 566-3629. If you would like a replacement shipped to an alternate address or account, please call (888) 566-3629. We will ship another package of the same value and replace that item without any additional shipping charges.

What happens if I place the order for the wrong address?

What happens if I am not happy with the shipment or packaging?

We want you to love your order. If there is something wrong with your order, please contact us within 60 days of receiving it. We will do everything we can to make it right for you. If a product is damaged during shipping, we will ship a replacement item at no charge. Please send us a photo of the damaged product and include that photo in your refund request or exchange request. Damaged products must be returned to us before we can issue your refund or exchange.
